FAQ

What is your mission?

Our mission is to create beautiful imagery that makes your business, service or product look amazing as amazing as possible so that you can reap the rewards of profitability, market visibility, and higher returns on your marketing. Our 20 plus years in the ever expanding market place has given us the knowledge and know how to make this happen for you.

What makes us different from the rest?

We’ve built our business on being location photographers. What does this mean? It means we go to you. Whether you are a company with widgets and gadgets, a restaurant, or a beautiful destination, we pack our gear and set up there. What does this mean for you? Well, it means you don’t have to pack all your stuff up into your car, truck or semi to get it to some studio. This means that you will be at your place of work and we’ll be there to work with you to create the images that work best for you. You’ll be in control of the process and see in real time as we shoot and make you the images that you need to market yourself and business.

Do you go on location?

Yes, we love to go on location. Since 2008 our business model has changed from studio based to location based photography. We saw a shift in businesses needing bring the photographers into their space instead of packing everything up and sending several people to a studio for a day. Our clients love that we can do amazing images in spaces they never thought possible. We can go to pretty much any business and create a studio in their space. Sometimes it’s in a restaurant, or a big metal commercial building or sometimes it’s in an office space conference room. We’ve even done headshots for a company in their break room!

Where do we go from here?

Step 1: If you haven’t looked at our portfolio, take a peek and get an idea of what we are capable of doing. If you are interested in working with us, we would love to either meet face to face, or jump on a call with you.

Step 2: On this call, we’ll discuss the details of your project and decide on a shot list and answer any questions you have about working with us. After we have agreed on the terms of the project, we will send you a contract making it official.

Step 3: Set up the photoshoot. Handling the logistics and location of the shoot. Sending your product here to the studio, or on location at your business.

Step 4: Shoot day! We shoot tethered to the computer so you can see the images as we shoot them and make any adjustments needed and be confident we got the shot before we move on to the next photo.

Step 5: Once the shoot is done, we offer basic retouching (small blemishes on skin or product) are all cleaned up. Advanced retouching (clipping or dropping in a sky for example) is usually discussed and quoted if necessary.

Step 6: Delivery of final files are sent via Dropbox link and are typically given to you in both web and print versions. You of course may specify sizes if needed.
