Ah- Yes the ultimate question. When you take photos for a living, you end up with a ton of images. You take them, download them, edit them, retouch them, send them to clients and guess what- most of the time we never know where exactly they end up being used… So I decide to do a little bit of detective work and look up some recent clients web sites. Eureka! I can see my images being used right there on those web sites. I’d like to share some of them with you….
Check out this one- I talked about Swing Labels in an earlier post. But when I went back and looked over the redesigned web site I was pretty impressed. They really did use a lot of the images we shot for them that day- throughout the web site. It was all integrated very nicely by Cold Spring Design.
Or check out this web site sprinkled with our images. Some of our favorite images were taken the day Mark gave us free rain to photograph anything we wanted in his office. He let us position him, his desk items, office items, and even a staff member for the photos. He was very willing to work with us and I think the photos really reflect him and his personality because of it. This web site design was done by New Perspective Web Solutions.
When I went to see the Worcester Fitness Web site today, I was literally blown away. Here is a client we spent a lot of time with. Someone who really wanted to overhaul their past web site and upgrade to the next level – and wow did that happen. I was so excited to see the photos we took for them right there front and center – really showcasing the Fitness Centers best assets. There are a lot of images used on this web site in very compelling ways. I have heard this client tell me that it has made a huge impact on their business as well.
The extra time I took spending time looking through these clients web sites has been extremely valuable and insightful. Each one has a -very- unique personality. And I love knowing that I help contribute to that brand building. I love my clients and I love seeing their hard work look so good online! Good Photos and good designers are exceptionally valuable to helping a business grow.
